GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of your package.
All returns either for exchange or refund must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your item.
This timeline does not apply during the Holiday gift giving season.
When you receive your order from 49th Apparel please check it for accuracy.
If the order is incorrect or damaged, please inform us immediately.
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Sale items are final on reduced merchandise and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Only unworn, unwashed and unaltered items will be eligible for exchange or return.
We reserve the right to refuse an item if it is no longer in saleable condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Special order items - custom made are not eligible for exchange or return.
Gift cards are non refundable and FINAL Sale.
Please be sure to include the original order number in all correspondence.

Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A $15 + tax ($16.95) restocking fee will be applied to each returned item from online orders.
All purchases made at Events such as Trade Shows and retail markets are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the before tax cost of the item.

In your email please make note of your order number, and a quick reason for the Return (wrong size, colour, fit etc.) . We are always looking for ways to improve and would love your feedback!

Once we receive the garment back in unworn saleable condition we will credit your original method of payment, minus restocking fee(s).
