COVID-19 Update and Policies

Our retail storefront will remain closed. We are shifting gears and will continue to operate out of our Queen Street storefront focusing on the growth of our online business.

If you happen to be a local customer and have clicked on “in store pick up” for your purchase, rest assured, we are still here working away. Drop me an email daryl@49thapparel or simply call the studio number 705.946.8865 and leave a voicemail as to when you will be pulling up out front for your purchase and I’ll make sure I’m ready to run it out to your vehicle, curbside!

Canada Post shipping of online orders:

We want your packages to arrive safely while still keeping our small team safe here in our Northern studio. Please be patient with us, your package may require an extra day to process but in all honesty because our team is small we can get things packed up and out without too much delay currently. 

Once your items leave our shop Canada POST, may also take a few extra days.

On March 26th Canada POST suspended their delivery service guarantee. What does this mean for 49th Apparel packages? Please see below:

We are receiving and packing orders daily with added safety precautions here in place. Extra cleaning and sanitizing daily.

The rate at which we get these orders out to you depends on the volume of orders to process that day…again in all honesty here we can process most orders within 24-48 hours…often even sooner. Once your order ships you will receive an email and tracking number from us.

  • Because of New safety measures in place at Canada Post including physical distancing and ensuring contactless delivery as well as the fact that online orders have increased in volume, delivery times have subsequently increased.
  • Canada Post is doing an amazing job and other than the added delays in delivery times your purchase will be is on its way!
