Sales are final on reduced merchandise.

SHIPPING:

In Canada: $18 for up to 2 items: a pajama set OR two nightshirts.
Free shipping on orders over $150 in Canada.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and 5-7 days for standard shipping time with Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. 

USA/International: $35 for up to 2 items: a pajama set OR two nightshirts.
All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
USA/International orders please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and 7-14 days for standard shipping time. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please reach out to us by email or phone for shipping return address. DO NOT send returns to our Queen Street address. 
We accept returns and exchanges on full price items.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
A $15 restocking fee will be applied to each returned item from online orders.
All purchases made at Events such as Trade Shows and retail markets are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

When you receive your order from 49th Apparel please check it for accuracy.

If the order is incorrect or damaged, please inform us immediately.
We want you to be happy with your purchase!

We cannot accept returns with visible wear or that have been worn, washed or altered. Clothing must be in resalable condition.

RETURNS:

Returns must be pre-approved by 49th Apparel within 15 days of receipt of package. Please email or call us to begin the return process. And please let us know the reason you do not want it so we can improve! Our goal is to make the best nightshirts and pajamas in Canada!

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges must be pre-approved by 49th Apparel within 15 days of receipt of package. Please email or call us to begin the exchange process. In your email please make note of your order number, and if you have already made a selection of the new item you would like to exchange it for, please let us know so we can set it aside for you.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
