Return Policy
When you recieve your order check it for accuracy. If the order is inncorrect or damaged, please inform us immediately. Merchandise is only eligible for return within 30 days of the original transaction date. After the 30 day period a in-store or website credit note will be issued.

49th Apparel will not accept returns with visible wear or that have been washed or altered. Clothing must be in resalable condition. TAGS MUST BE INTACT. Damages will result in a fee. An Exchange/Return form will be included with all orders.
*Please allow 7 to 14 days for return processing. Your return will be processed in the same tender as the original purchase.
*All jewelry ( earring , necklaces etc. ) and intimates are FINAL SALE.
